How a callout works
Call or WhatsApp with the make, model and what the car is doing. You get an honest read on whether it is a quick fix or a bigger job, and a price before anything starts.
The van carries diagnostic equipment, tools, oils and consumables. Home, workplace, lodge yard or roadside — wherever the vehicle is standing is the workshop.
The job is completed on site and you are walked through what was replaced and why. Most services are finished in a couple of hours while you carry on with your day.
